Quick update this time (being back to work full-time with two kids is no joke!).
A list of things we want to remember about our babies and our summer 2019.
- This summer we tried doing themed weeks with Adrienne (Cecilia was a little too young to participate in most of the activities). The weeks were: space week, rainbow week, dinosaur week, and body week. We had a lot of fun and Adrienne can name most of the planets and can name all of the colors of the rainbow.
- Cecilia is walking! She only took a handful of steps throughout the summer. Then one day in late July, she stood up in Adrienne's room and then walked across the entire house without falling. She just decided she could do it that day!
- Cecilia is also learning new words and phrases. Her current favorite is "What's that?" while pointing. She says this to everything and everyone.

The library had a space theme this summer. The library also closed for the summer so we spent a lot of time at the Okemos library instead. We loved the story time there and Adrienne wants to go back next summer.
